Welcome to Harvest Calm. This is a safe space to explore different ways that help the healing process to arrive at a peaceful life. There are so many ways that people can heal, and so many combinations that work at different times. Everything I post on here are things that I have tried myself, and that have had good results. I know that experiencing panic and anxiety are such hard work, and that there is so much out there – which can be confusing, frustrating and even scary when we’re looking for what is right for us so that we can live in peace, and not fear. Everything I post is entirely subjective, and an offering in case it also works for you. I’m qualified in Craniosacral Therapy, and I’m training in Shiatsu and Chinese herbal medicine, and learning Qigong. I’m inspired, educated and supported by people from pretty much every field of medicine, and often talk over ideas and thoughts on healing from anxiety with them. I like to see where different modalities support each other and find that people can draw from different ways of doing things, like creating their favourite recipe for healing. What I’ve mainly noticed is that when something is right, for now, I feel very drawn to it, and learning to trust that instinct and decide the time frame for how long that is right for, has been integral in my healing process.
